We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to spearhead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. This role requires creativity, analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media platforms, email, and display advertising, to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and manage PPC campaigns to improve search engine rankings and increase organic and paid traffic.
- Manage social media accounts, create compelling content, and engage with followers to build brand loyalty and drive website traffic.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, A/B testing, and performance analysis, to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content for blogs, articles, whitepapers, and other digital assets to attract and engage target audiences.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI, and use data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and achieve marketing goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and propose innovative ideas to enhance our digital marketing strategy.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and support product launches and promotions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media analytics platforms, to track and analyze campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and a willingness to experiment with new ideas and strategies.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and HTML/CSS is a plus.
