HR Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Management: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

2. Performance Management: Design and implement a performance review protocol for all employees.

3. Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment and selection process to maintain a strong talent pipeline.

4. Employee Relations: Nurture a positive working environment by resolving issues promptly.

5. Compliance: Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

6. Training & Development: Identify training needs and create programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

7. HR Policies: Develop/contemporize and implement HR policies and procedures.

8. Reporting: Prepare reports related to HR metrics.

Qualifications:

1. Proven working experience as an HR Manager.

2. People-oriented and results-driven.

3. Knowledge of HR systems and databases.

4. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.

5. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

6. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

7. Degree in Human Resources or related field.

8. Work experience of 2 years or more.
